The Richard Charles Lee Library is now open for circulation.
You are invited to borrow library books, video tapes, etc.
from the library collection.
Borrowing Materials

When borrowing,
please show your CCC library card
and a piece of photo identification.
Items not for circulation
The following items cannot be borrowed;
they can only be used in the library:

Any item labelled
“Reference”, “Oversize”, or
“Library use only”

Newspapers
-
Periodicals
Fines and Fees

There is a service charge of $1 when borrowing DVD's or VCD's
(irrespective of the number of discs borrowed).

For overdue materials a fine of two dollars ($2.00) per day will
be levied up to a maximum of twenty ($20.00) per item for each
loan period.

If outstanding balance of twenty dollars ($20.00) has not been
paid, the amount will be deducted from the cardholder's deposit.
All his/her borrowing privileges will be suspended.

For lost and damaged books, a replacement cost and a
non-refundable processing fee of $20.00 will be charged.

A replacement card will be issued at a cost of five dollars
($5.00).
