Library card application

You must be a CCC member to apply for borrowing privileges. Your CCC membership card serves as the library card once application is completed. You will also need

• a deposit of $40; and
• signature by parent or guardian for children under the age of twelve (12).

The deposit will be returned to you if you cancel your library card.

Things to remember

• The library card is not transferable.
• Damaged or worn cards can be replaced free of charge.
• If you move, please notify the Library so that your record can be updated.
• Borrowers are responsible for all materials on their record cards. (For children under the age of 12, the parent or guardian is responsible for the child's card and materials borrowed.)

Lost or stolen cards

Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the Library immediately. A replacement card will be issued at a cost of five dollars ($5.00).
